VIP Membership
$2,800 each
- Life time & Transferable
- Full access of all club house facilities such as MEZZANINE Lounge and Fitness Center etc;
- Limited to 100 VIP Memberships;
- Fees - 4% of membership value (market value) as management fee per year; and
- 8% of selling price as administration charge for membership transfer.

Admin Fee
- All New Membership applications including Multiple Pass; Annual, Monthly and VIP are subjected
to a charge of $30 each as Registration and Administration Fee and this fee is non-refundable in any
circumstances. In case of any immature withdrawal; temporary suspension and any extra
administration services etc, is subject to a $30 administration charge per card per case.

OTTA Fee
- All MyTTC Members including Multiple Pass; Annual; Monthly; and VIP are subject to a charge of
$10 each per year as OTTA Recreational Member Fee if not already registered.
